Who are we?
Scrapbooking Life is a Scrapbooking store located in Milton, Florida. We are a local family business run by just a handful of tight knit family and friends, who opened our doors in 2018 under the leadership of our owner Sherri Owens.

We firmly believe in inspiring, and taking inspiration from all sources and skill levels to learn and love paper crafting! While we are a primarily Scrapbooking based store, we do offer a wide array of paper crafting and mixed media supplies for creators of all kinds, as well as knowledgeable staff who are happy to help you create whether it is your 1st project, or your 10,000th!
When is Scrapbooking Life open?
Scrapbooking Life takes a different approach to creativity. We are not “normal!”
We open, have a huge event – then we close, regroup, restock and get ready for the next big event. Our staff works 60-80 hours during an event weekend, therefore they need time to relax, enjoy their families, refresh their energy levels and reignite their creativity, so they can come back and have another great event.
It’s okay that we are not “normal” in the standard scheme of things….as we want to be anything but “normal”. We want you to walk into Scrapbooking Life and be inspired, not just some times, but every time.
Therefore, we are open for public shopping on event weekends for the following hours:
Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-6pm
Sunday 10am-6pm
What are our Crops like?
When we open for event weekends, we aspire to fill the weekend with themed fun! We decorate our crop room to match the theme of our Crop, purchase themed snacks and drinks, and offer free make-n-takes for each day that match our theme. We take great pride in making our crops fun and activity filled!
Throughout event weekends, we designate a Crop Hostess. Our Crop Hostess helps to answer questions about our make-n-takes, keep events on schedule, and encourages participation! As a crop participant you can collect tickets throughout the weekend to be added to a drawing for door prizes on Sunday!
Our crops weekends are four days long.
We open Thursday evening for Life Group Devotional Journaling between 6-8pm. Currently, we are working through the book Jesus – 90 Days Within The One And Only by Beth Moore. Participants of Life Group are offered 30 minutes before and after devotional journaling time to set up early in our crop room.
On Friday, our Crops begin at 9am, and remain open until midnight! Fridays also include our card classes from 10am-Noon and 6pm-8pm. The same class is taught at both times and are open to the public even if you are not attending our event weekend.
On Saturday, we start again at 9am and remain open until midnight. Saturdays typically contain a higher intensity class, such as matchbooks or oxide classes. Saturday classes are also open to the public.
On Sundays, we begin at 9am and remain open until 6pm. On this day, we draw for door prizes with tickets collected throughout the weekend. We close up shop, and begin preparing for our next event weekend!
Our Crops, Groups, and Classes charge as followed:
Crop Weekends: $65 per person. Included for all 3 days are:
- 2 x 4 Crop space
- Super Comfy Rolling Chair
- Trash can with nightly trash removal service
- Make -n- takes themed to crop
- Snacks
- Soft drinks, bottled water and coffee
- Wi-Fi
Life Group Devotional Journaling: $5 per person. Included are:
- 2 x 4 space
- Super Comfy Rolling Chair
- Trash can
- Snack
- Soft drink, bottled water and coffee
Friday Card Class: $10 per person. Included are:
- 2 x 4 space
- Super Comfy Rolling Chair
- Trash can
- 3 pre-cut card kits
Within our crops, we like to keep an element of surprise and excitement! We choose a paper collection that coincides with our crop theme to make projects and make-n-takes, and that collection remains a secret until the event starts!

What is a Crop In A Box?
Crops In A Box were an idea first conceived in March when Florida mandated the closing of non-essential businesses. Our idea was to fill a box with all of the things you would receive at a normal Scrapbooking Life Crop.
Each In-person Crop that we host at Scrapbooking Life will have a unique Crop In A Box to offer, allowing those who are still social distancing, or in a state where lockdown is still being implemented to enjoy cropping at home!
Crops In A Box always contain 7 2-page layouts, a bag of extra embellishments, goodies, and snacks based around a theme- just like a crop! On the first day of pickup, we release reveal videos of all the goodies and layouts on our Youtube and Blog! (Collections/ Paper Packs are kept secret until this reveal!)

Going forward as of July, Crops In A Box will have a different, but corresponding theme with the in-person crop of each crop weekend, allowing us to provide a wider range of interesting boxes to chose from!
Crops In A Box retail for $65.00 and are available for pickup beginning at 10am on event weekends at Scrapbooking Life. Crops In A Box are also able to be shipped throughout the United States! Shipped Crops In A Box are shipped via priority mail and are guaranteed to ship by the Tuesday following an event weekend!
What is a Life Sketch Subscription?
Life Sketch subscriptions are a blind monthly subscription of 2-page layouts! We select the collection – you select how many “sketches” you would like
Life Sketch Subscriptions come in 3 options. 1 layout monthly, 3 layouts monthly, or 6 layouts monthly. Every subscriber receives the sticker sheet for the collection, and the more layouts you get each month, the more extra embellishments you get! Each pre-cut layout also includes a “sketch” which shows you an idea of how to put the pieces together, but we always encourage taking your own spin on things to create and inspire!
In addition to the layouts, subscribers also gain exclusive access to additional papers, embellishments, and products based around the month’s theme in a hidden subscribers-only tab on our website as well as access to our Life Sketch Subscription Facebook group!
The link for special access to add-ons will be sent via email on the Life Sketch release date!
Once subscriptions are sold, they are gone! So act fast!

Do we post sneak peeks or tell anyone what paper we are using before a Crop? No. We do not tell anyone what paper we are using before the Crop or Box is released.
Do we carry project kits? We carry a variety of card kits and layout kits created by us here at Scrapbooking Life as well as Graphic 45 Club and Card Kits and Foundations Decor projects.
What restaurants are near our shop? We are located near many fast food locations such as Burger King and Arby’s as well as several fantastic sit-in options like Texas Road House, Cosse’s, or Taco Town. We are also within a 5 minute drive of several drug stores and super markets.
What lodging do we recommend near our shop? We typically recommend the Holiday Express in East Milton located on Keshov Taylor Drive. They have an average rating of 4.3/5 Stars and are within 30 minutes of Scrapbooking Life.
